Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original manufacturer's packaging (box or cellophane wrapper) within an outer box or suitable wrapper. We are unable to accept returned goods if the manufacturer's packaging has been used as the outer postal packaging as we will be unable to offer the goods for resale. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale

 

To complete your return, you may download a returns form from our website or enclose a slip of paper with your:

  • Order number if known.
  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Contact telephone number or e-mail address.
  • Reason for the return.

 

Package your item as above and return the package to us, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting using a tracked service. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days.

 

If the Products are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will reimburse you reasonable costs of return your items up to the value of Royal Mail standard service. We will replace the products with the same or equivalent products if available or refund you for the price paid including the delivery charges of any such products, provided that the products are complete and in "as delivered" condition and supplied in the original packaging.

 

You may return the Products yourself and take them to our store, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original manufacturer's packaging (box or cellophane wrapper).  You will only be able to return Products to our store provided that you have complied with all provisions above and have taken with you a copy of your original Delivery Note and the actual payment card used to purchase the Products.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

 

Exchanges 

Please use the returns procedure above and place a new order for the items you require. Refunds are generally processed the next working day after you returns are received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made by re-crediting your original payment method from which the money was originally debited.
